What are the yearly State Fees (Franchise Fees) after I form my Company?

This is one of the biggest factors in deciding between forming a company in Delaware or New York.

Annual fees for a Delaware Limited Liability Company are $350 per year and for a Delaware C-Corps it rises to $450.

However, annual franchise fees for a New York Limited Liability Company or Corporation are quite inexpensive. Depending on how much a company earns in a year fees are between $25-$100 a year. If you're making less than half a million, then New York will only charge you a $100 a year. How's that for a deal!
